As locksmiths we get called out to far too many burglaries – we’re happy to repair or replace a lock, giving the owner more security. It’s just that too often, burglaries could have been prevented.
Unfortunately, instances arise where a tenant is either no longer able or no longer willing to pay the rent. This leaves a landlord in a sticky situation.

No matter how hard we try, there are just some lockouts us locksmiths can’t help with.
Once a lock breaks, you get it repaired. Once a door breaks, you get it repaired. But what do you do when you notice your doorframe is broken? Believe it or not, most people simply leave the frame, thinking that it’s a job that can wait for later. It’s not.
